Bisley at Workspace Design Show Amsterdam 2025

Bisley proudly exhibited at Workspace Design Show Amsterdam 2025, held on 5–6 November at the RAI Amsterdam. The exhibition welcomed designers, specifiers, architects, and workplace professionals from across Europe, all exploring fresh thinking and emerging trends shaping the future of the modern workspace.

Located at Stand B21, our space presented the breadth of Bisley’s evolving product portfolio — uniting intelligent storage, smart technology, and adaptable workspace design within a stand styled in our signature mid-century palette of rich, warm tones.

BeSmart®: Intelligent locker consultancy in action

A major focal point of the stand was BeSmart, our smart locker consultancy service designed to meet the increasing demand for secure, seamless, technology-enabled storage.

Visitors explored BeSmart through our LockerWall installation in a neutral Stone Grey MFC finish, showcasing the product's modularity with integrated media unit along with a comfortable perch pad to sit on. We were also pleased to showcase our newly launched Deco lockers in Coral and Oak. The display highlighted how technology, ergonomics, and materiality come together to create high-performance storage suitable for hybrid workplaces, offices, and public environments.

Arches: Adaptable design for agile workspaces

We also showcased Arches, Bisley’s mobile screen range created to support agile, collaborative, and fast-changing environments. With its blend of flexibility, flow, and intuitive mobility, Arches allows teams to zone, divide, and reconfigure space instantly — supporting everything from focused work to active collaboration.

As part of our Arches display, we showcased the mobile media unit, powered entirely by batteries for a truly wire-free experience.

Connecting with the workplace design community

Throughout the two-day event, our team welcomed clients, partners, and designers from across Europe. Conversations centred on smart storage integration, workspace strategy, and the future of flexible and hybrid working environments.

The stand saw excellent engagement, with strong interest across both BeSmart® and Arches, demonstrating the growing demand for intelligent, adaptable workspace solutions.
